- Our online courses are self-paced and flexible. You can begin as soon as you register and move through the course at your own speed. The material consists of slides, interactive questions, and video resources. There is no strict schedule to follow; you can log in and out whenever it suits you. Plus, you’ll have a full year of access to the course. Our online option also includes a library of recorded live sessions, an instructor available for any questions, and a dedicated tech support team. Course fee is $350 including the Manfred Virtual Classroom and the Real Estate Business Launch online course.
Instructor Led
- Experience the convenience of an online course with the added advantage of a LIVE instructor. You will have 15-20 hours of coursework assigned each week, to be completed online at your own pace. Additionally, there is an optional 3-hour live webinar every Monday at 6 pm where you can review the previous week’s material and interact with the instructor and other students. Our instructors will provide guidance throughout the 6-week program, which starts every 6 weeks. - We have a team of experienced instructors who teach our in-person courses. Each instructor actively works in the real estate industry and is considered an expert in their specific subject. They not only provide material to help you pass the exam but also share real-life examples that will benefit your career. The courses are held at the Homewood Suites in Clifton Park. There is very limited space. The course runs Monday – Friday from 8:30 to 5:00 for two consecutive weeks.
