Manfred Member Duration Principles
The term of membership within the Manfred Real Estate Learning Center spans a minimum of 24 months or encompasses one license cycle, favoring whichever of these periods is extensively longer. This assures that our members benefits from sustained access to our services and resources for an optimal duration. Membership is not transferable.
The Manfred Real Estate Learning Center does not allow members to transfer their membership to another person or entity. This policy ensures that each member receives the full benefits of their membership and that no one else can use their account without permission. Membership is not refundable.

Please take notice that ANY HOLDER OF THIS AGREEMENT IS LIABLE TO ALL POTENTIAL CLAIMS AND DEFENCES WHICH THE DEBTOR MAY COUNTER AGAINST THE PROVIDER OF GOODS OR SERVICES ACQUIRED IN CONSEQUENCE OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THROUGH ITS PROCEEDS. THE DEBTOR’S RECOVERY HEREUNDER SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE SUM PAID BY THE DEBTOR UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
In a scenario where a member’s payment surpasses the lateness of 90 days, it should be expressly understood that the balance remaining would be instantly due for settlement in its entirety.
In the event that a member’s account is suspended due to non-payment, it should be expressly understood that the member will not be able to access their account until all outstanding balances are paid in full.
Membership Discontinuation Protocols
The course of action for membership discontinuation is executed through the Member Services Department at the Manfred Real Estate Learning Center, located at 595 New Loudon Road, Suite 327, Latham, NY 12110. It’s strictly required for all cessation requests to be passed on either in written form or via email to john@manfredrelc.com no less than a 30-day period prior to the succeeding billing date.
Premature Membership Termination
In case a member wishes to cease their contract prematurely for any given reason or due to terminating their membership on account of payment failures, their request will be considered after settling a cancellation fee of $335.00 or whatever remains of the dues in their contract, choosing the lesser amount.
Conditions for Membership Utilization
Our members and learners need to be conscious of and comply with the fact that a 100% attendance requirement for any course exists as per the Department of State stipulations to be eligible for a certificate of completion.
The discretion to postpone or call off any scheduled course solely lies with the Manfred Real Estate Learning Center. In the circumstances of course rescheduling or cancellations, it’s essential for all members to comprehend that they’ll not be qualified for any membership reimbursement. However, members who have borne the expense of advanced training seminars that end up being cancelled may avail a complete refund or retain a credit for future course offerings.
Members of Manfred are entitled to limitless access to our continuously offered education programs. Certain advanced training courses could be green-lit for continuing education. A number of these advanced training courses have discounts extended to members.
Members are duly responsible to uphold and renew their real estate licenses in a timely manner. For a duration of 5 years, the Manfred Real Estate Learning Center will retain a detailed record of all member’s completed courses. Upon formal request, members can obtain copies of their certificates of completion at no extra cost.
Default and Delayed Payments
Should a member default on any payment obligations as specified in this agreement, Manfred Real Estate Learning Center reserves the right to declare the remaining balance due and payable. This includes agreeing to pay allowable interest and costs of collection such as collection agency fees, court costs, and attorney fees. A default situation arises when any payment outlined in this agreement is overdue by more than thirty days. In such cases, an additional service fee will be incurred for any check, draft, credit card, or order returned due to insufficient funds or any other reason.
Members paying monthly fees via electronic funds transfer (EFT) may have all owed amounts including late fees and service fees drafted by the club’s billing company, Stripe. Those who stop or change their EFT payments may be subject to a $5.00 increase in monthly fees. This will not alter any other provision of this agreement.
In-Class Course Cancellation Procedure
All students enrolled for in-class courses need to fully pay registration fees prior to course commencement. Manfred Real Estate Learning Center holds the exclusive right to cancel or reschedule courses. In such instances, paid students become eligible for a full refund or a credit for later courses. However, students that fail to show up without providing a notice at least 4 business days prior to the course will forfeit their paid fees.
