Lisa Napper: Real Estate Broker
Stepping into the role of Broker for LaPoint Realty with a heavy heart, Lisa Napper continues the legacy her mother began. Over the last 14 years, she has had the privilege of working alongside her mother, whose pride, family values, and dedication to preserving the lake inspired Lisa’s ongoing mission to keep making her proud.
A fifth-generation resident of Chazy Lake, Lisa is intimately familiar with its charm. Having grown up surrounded by its beauty, she understands the eagerness of her clients to enjoy this scenic location. She started her journey with LaPoint Realty in 2008, and ever since, she’s been bridging the gap between sellers and buyers, guiding them through a process that ultimately unites the lake community.
Her experience with the unique environmental aspects linked to the Adirondack Park makes her a knowledgeable guide. She ensures all possible environmental concerns related to Chazy Lake and Chateaugay Lake properties are rightly addressed.
In addition to her real estate career, Lisa boasts a distinguished background in education. A celebrated elementary teacher for 34 years at Saranac Elementary, she was honored as the New York State Teacher of the Year in 2009. Her ward’s philosophies in education and real estate mesh seamlessly – building lasting connections and striving for positive, successful outcomes. Lisa officially retired from her teaching career in June 2022.
Currently residing on Chazy Lake, Lisa enjoys the company of her husband Todd, daughter Kristen, son-in-law Jason (both educators), their youngest resident, Jackson Todd, and her daughter Kayla and son-in-law Ethan Goslin – respective PA at the FitzPatrick Cancer Center and Director of Facilities at Saranac Central School.
For Lisa, there’s nothing more therapeutic than spending a day on the lake. Her favorite mantra is, “A day at the lake restores the soul!” Hence, she is committed to helping others find the same joy she has experienced growing up and living on Chazy Lake.
