Her journey in the real estate appraisal industry dates back to late 2001 when she relocated from Nantucket Island to train under the guidance of her father, the esteemed appraiser Frank Kane, at F.L. Kane Appraisals.
After receiving her New York State certification in 2003, Regan spent 17 fruitful years refining her skills and deepening her industry knowledge. Following the passing of her father, Regan honored his legacy by opening Kane Appraisals in July 2017.
