Born and raised in the city of Saratoga Springs, New York, Jeffrey began working in the real estate and insurance professions in 1982. His experience in marketing real estate in Saratoga Springs and the Albany Capital District led him, in 1986, into real estate appraising for major lending institutions as a New York State licensed and certified residential real estate appraiser.
To keep up with the most current developments in his industry, Jeffrey frequently attends classes and seminars related to the real estate profession. As a realtor board director, Jeffrey has offered his services to both the Saratoga County Association of Realtors and the New York State Association of Realtors. In addition, he has served as a:
