Having moved often growing up, I lived in many homes and towns. My first job in real estate was long before I got my license. I worked part time for a broker as a receptionist back in 1978. It was an exciting job!
Fast forward to 2003 I got a job with a successful team in Saratoga Springs, NY. I was hired to do marketing. As I learned more about the business of real estate I decided to get my license. Finally went through the course and got my license in 2004.
It was a longtime goal of mine, to own rental property; long before I got my real estate license. That goal became a reality in 2017. That’s when we formed Nicolosi Group, LLC.
We purchased rental property on Beautiful Hilton Head Island in South Carolina. Currently we have property that rents long term and soon we will have a seasonal vacation rental, with a minimum rental period of 90 days or longer. We also have “Chalet on the Great Sacandaga” Town of Edinburg, New York Adirondack Park. (Airbnb) check us out on this site.
