When do I have to pay?
Payment is required only if you decide to receive an official continuing education certificate or another paid completion option. The New York CE certificate option is $195.
What happens if I do not purchase a certificate?
You can keep the knowledge you gained from the learning experience. You are not obligated to purchase a certificate.
Does the program include New York continuing education?
The paid CE certificate option includes 22.5 hours of New York approved continuing education and the required topic areas.
What is a National Multiple Listing Service?
A National MLS provides listing and marketing capabilities that are not limited to one traditional local market area. The program explains how national listing platforms differ from traditional MLS systems.
Do I have to purchase a membership?
No. You can begin the course and experience the program without purchasing a membership.
Can I take traditional continuing education instead?
Yes. Manfred also offers a traditional 22.5-hour self-paced course and live instructor-led webinar courses.
What are New York's real estate CE requirements?
New York real estate licensees generally must complete 22.5 hours of approved continuing education during each licensing cycle, including the required state topic areas.
