How many continuing education hours do New York appraisers need?
New York appraisers and appraiser assistants generally must complete 28 hours of approved continuing education during each two-year license or certification period.
Is the National USPAP course required?
The New York continuing education requirement includes the seven-hour National USPAP continuing education course or its approved equivalent.
Is Fair Housing and Fair Lending education required?
