School Policy: 1 year access to online courses. Online courses are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. Classroom and Instructor LED courses are refundable up to two weeks prior to class start date. New York State Division of Licensing requires that you complete the course and pass the course exam within 1 year of your purchase date. If taking a classroom course 90% of attendance is required.
