Q: Who can join MYStateMLS?

A: Any licensed professional, including real estate salespersons, brokers, appraisers, licensed auctioneers and mobile home dealers.

Q: Does my whole office have to join?

A: No. Neither your brokerage nor your broker needs to join, and there's no charge for broker participation. Just make sure your broker knows you're using MYStateMLS.

Q: Is there office pricing for brokerages?

A: Yes. Brokers can schedule a call to discuss office pricing and options for their agents.

Q: Do I need to be a Realtor®?

A: No. MYStateMLS is independent, so there's no Realtor® board to join. Compare board and independent MLSs →

Q: Can I keep my local MLS?

A: Yes. Many members use MYStateMLS alongside a local MLS for added exposure, and some use it as an alternative. If you belong to a local MLS, follow its rules for submitting and displaying listings.

Q: What's the difference between MLS Standard and Member Plus?
