I have lived in Fulton County for over 40 years and currently reside in Johnstown with my husband Joe. I first obtained my real estate license in 1990 while working as a marketing representative for a manufactured housing lender in Albany. In 1994, I started appraising, and in 2000 started my own appraisal company, CBI Appraisal Services.
Eight years ago, I transitioned into full time real estate sales and continue to do part-time appraisal work. For the last two years, I have received the National Sales Excellence Award and in 2021 was named a Top Producer and Listing Leader for Howard Hanna. In my spare time, I enjoy golfing and traveling with family and friends. I am fortunate enough to live in such a beautiful region, the Southern Adirondacks, and try to experience all it has to offer.
I like to stay involved in the community and this year I continue to serve as Chairperson for the Greater Lions Annual Golf Tournament. Recently, I was appointed to the Fulton County Planning Board and looking forward to making a difference in our community. I am passionate about my work and promise to give all of my clients 100%.
