The Office of Real Property Services has approved the following four courses as meeting the Cost, Market and Income Approach to Value component required for certification. All four courses must be completed.
R5: Basic Appraisal Principles
R6: Basic Appraisal Procedures
R8: Residential Appraisal Site Valuation and Cost Approach
R9: Residential Sales Comparison and Income Approach
They have also approved the following two courses as meeting the Ethics component required for certification. Either course may be completed.
